Service Cancellation

If you need to cancel a restoration service before work has begun, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests received before work commences will be processed without penalty, and any deposits will be refunded.

Cancellation After Work Begins

Once restoration work has begun, cancellation may be subject to charges for work already completed. We will discuss the extent of completed work and associated costs before processing any cancellation.

Service Modifications

If you wish to modify the scope of restoration work after it has begun, please contact us immediately. We will assess the feasibility of modifications and discuss any impact on timeline and pricing.

Completed Work

Restoration services are custom work performed on your garments. Once work is completed and you have accepted the restored garment, services are considered delivered and cannot be returned.

Quality Concerns

If you have concerns about the quality of completed restoration work, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your restored garment. We will review your concerns and work with you to address any issues.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available in the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation before work begins: Full refund of any deposits or payments
  • Cancellation after work begins: Refund of unused portion, minus charges for completed work
  • Service not delivered: Full refund if we are unable to complete the service as agreed

Garment Return

All garments remain your property throughout the restoration process. Upon completion of work or cancellation of service, garments will be returned to you. You are responsible for arranging collection or providing return shipping information.
